Bonded N dFeB Magnet

1. With the mixture of the NdFeB powder and the resin, this type of magnets shall be produced. The NdFeB powder was developed by Magnquench in USA, and Sumitomo in Japan.
   The manufacturing process of the Bonded NdFeB magnets is as per the below ;

   - Blending the NdFeB powder with the Resin
   - Compression
   - Heat Treatment
   - Maching, if needed.
   - Cleaning/plating/Packing .... Inspection

2. This magnet is to be produced as anisotropic and isotropic, and the direction of the magnetisation shall be decided freely.
   As well, the magnets shall be produced in any shapes with the mass production by means of the Injection, or Compression, and Extrusion method etc.,
   Due to this kind of production method, the precise products shall be obtained even with less maching process.
